A blood-red, dome-shaped jelly sits in the centre of a slightly fuzzy, pink environment. Protruding from the top of the jelly and piercing the soft exterior are the sharp ends of multiple tooth picks. Around the base of the jelly is a snail-trail of pink whipped cream.

Leave the Dishes, Poke the Jelly is an exhibition of new photographs and writings inspired by the life and legacy of artist Lee Miller, focusing on his latest creative output as a gourmet chef.

Helensburgh is a small town in Western Scotland in Argyll county. Located on the north bank of Firth of Clyde, east of Loch Gare, it’s a perfect destination for a day trip away from Glasgow.
